The work starts before a pencil is even lifted. First of all, we ask questions:

- Why do you think design is the ideal solution to your needs?
- What will be your measure of success for the project?
After taking an initial brief, we’ll draw up possible creative approaches and visual treatments immediately. It is not enough for us to just meet your brief, we make sure we stretch and challenge it within the agreed budget available.
The next stage sees us combine words and imagery to provide a perfect match for the tone and proposed content of the design concept you have selected. If necessary, accurate artwork will be produced and the print or web-design will be project-managed right through to delivery.
Throughout the process close attention is paid to timing, planning effectively to avoid panics and bottlenecks, and maximising the time available for creative excellence.
Because the agency is small and nimble, we can take on commissions that need to be completed quickly. We don’t rush; but just complete the job expediently and accurately.
